ACEC BBC Webinar: Leaning into Improved Project Outcomes @ Via Zoom
Jun 24 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

Lean construction is coming to the public sector.
Join us as we hear from design and construction experts on how Lean construction can be a competitive advantage for owners and designers.

Lean construction is a way to design systems to minimize waste of materials, time, and effort in order to generate the maximum possible amount of value.

Used for decades in private manufacturing and more recently in private construction, Lean construction and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) are being pioneered in the public sector by UCSF with its upcoming hospital tower design.

Our panelists will answer your questions on Lean construction, IPD, and how to use them to be competitive in today’s market place.

Wednesday, June 24
12:00 – 1:00 pm

ZOOM Webinar details will be sent to registrants the morning of the event.
